Nate has been talking about his party for some time now. He was so excited to invite his siblings
We captured the bad guy with silly string.
We blew out candles, well actually Nate blew out candles.
on a fabulous cake. (I guess I will have to start making cakes again when I move, dang I will miss these girls and their amazing cake decorating skills- maybe I should get a cricut cake?)
Fun was had by all! Nate loved every minute of it and still talks about the bad guy coming to his party and how he got him with silly string.
Nate facts:
Loves his sisters, his brother, snacks, pop, movies, wii, dsi, leapster, candy, running, swords, guns, shoes, bad guys, super heros, tv, arguing, being silly, hotdogs, reading books, making noises, and having baths.
Is ok with eating food, going to bed, getting dressed, going on the potty, cleaning up, sitting in timeout.
Hates taking naps, getting told no, sitting at the table during dinner, loud music.
We really enjoy having Nate in our family and can't imagine what life was like with just the two girls. Nate can quote movie and book lines after hearing them only a few times, it is hilarious. He loves being Luigi on Super Mario Brothers and is actually good at it, he is quite the gamer already. He loves to cuddle and is also a mad man running around the house. We love you, Nate.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY N8!
Holy cow, the "BABIES" are Three... too weird!
Another FAB party by Nic!!!
can't wait to live closer to you guys next year! I miss you!
Happy Birthday Nate! Looks like so much fun!! I can't believe you made all those capes, they turned out so cute! Who was that bad guy?
Can't wait to see you in a couple weeks!!
Phil was the bad guy. It took some time to talk him into it but he did it. I made him a big black cape and he put on a darth mask. Since he is so tall he was towering over the little kids and one little girl got scared, but the others loved to be able to shoot the string at someone and not get in trouble.
Sounds like so much fun! Happy birthday Nate!
Cannot wait to see you!
Love all your ideas. Becky and I were talking about you today and raving on and on about how great you are.
Who are your cake decorating friends, the guys from Ace of Cakes? What a cool party!
Once again your party planning skills amaze me! Nate is one darling kid!!
Nicole, you are something else. What a fun party. Love the capes with their initials and the cake was fabulous!
What a cute party! LOVE the capes!
Who the heck made that cute cake? I love it! And the party...all I can say is I'm glad we are living closer for the next round of birthdays so we can come party. Those capes are awesome too!
Oh, and I cannot believe Nate is THREE! What the heck?
yep, our "babies", less than a day apart, are indeed THREE. And you beat me to the punch posting Nate's party before I could post anything about Charlotte's (not that she even had a party, poor thing--we only do them on their even years).
I adore those satin capes. But will be having nightmares about that "bad guy"... :)
Leave it to you, Nic@Nite...
Wow, you are amazing. Each party is one to never be forgotten. Reese's birthday is coming up, give me some pointers. His party looks like it was tons of fun. Good job!
Why can't we live next to each other. You could host and plan all my kids' parties. You do such a great job at being a mother. I wish I were more like you!
You are amazing. Out doing it again. You are born to party.
Cute Nicole!!
The cake looks awesome. And once again you have pulled off what looks like a very fun party for the children.
