I love the 4th of July. I love the parades, the cute clothes you get to buy for just one day, the BBQ's, the warmth, and especially the fireworks. This year we had another great celebration and Phil even had the day off! We went to the Coralville parade in the morning and it was a hot one (at least we thought so until I talked to my mom and it was 110 degrees in St. George).
We have made some fun friends here and we all got together and had a BBQ for dinner and then we went to the fireworks. They are quite impressive for a smaller town. The kids did a few sparklers and everyone had a great time.

I love the 4th for all the reasons you described as well. Even better with the husband home as well. Cute red.white.blue outfits too! My mom left yesterday and it was 115 not kidding.

Hi Nicole! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. The girls are too cute and Nathan is growing fast! I think Lainey and the girls would get along great. Especially McKell and Lainey...they are both such girly girls!
